We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Client Relationship Account Manager to manage dedicated client relationships, provided a first class customer service experience, be the first point of contact and ensure timely delivery and execution of all campaigns.
Working as the Client Relationship Account Manager you will support the Account Director with the development of strategy and growth of Accounts.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities a Client Relationship Account Manager:
- Ability to write informative in depth briefing documentation ensuring a timely and quality delivery back to the client
- Supporting the Account Director and demonstrate tangible added value in order to maximise client satisfaction and in doing so grow account revenue and profitability in line with targets
- Being first point of contact for all client queries
- Taking the lead on monthly meetings, planning future campaigns and reviewing KPIs
- Quote preparation and financial accurate forecasting with tight budget control of client activity to maintain profit targets
- Preparing project plans, status reports and account plans as well as updating and managing all other internal and client reports
- Ensuring all internal documentation and processes are kept updated
- Managing data driven marketing campaigns via automated user interfaces
- Ability to advise client on best practice relating to global data driven marketing development and execution
- Manage and develop Account Executives and administrators
- Liaise professionally within the business with other account managers and departments – systems development, contact centre and production to ensure "fit for purpose" and quality delivery of client requirements
- Deliver operational excellence of campaigns and ensure all KPI's and processes are updated and adhered to
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Data analysis experience beneficial
- Visibility of having worked up through the ranks of client facing account roles in order to reach Account Manager potential
- Database Marketing and CRM strategic development and campaign delivery in a previous role, ideally pan European or Global
- Ability to communicate and ‘sell in’ marketing CRM and Recall strategy
- Competent in all aspects of MS Office packages, Excel in particular
- Ability to demonstrate understanding in following standard process and process management
- A conscientious work ethic and strong understanding of meeting and achieving deadlines
- Good organisational skills, complemented by strong attention to detail
- The ability to utilise and manage multiple sources of information and data
- The ability to understand the legal requirements imposed by the various regulatory bodies within the recall industry
- A can do attitude
- Highly motivated with the desire to embark on a steep learning curve learning new skills, in order to meet and exceed client requirements and expectations
- A team player who recognises that opportunities will be presented to develop and progress to the next level within the business, based on development and achievements within their current role
- Ability to ‘hit the ground running’
- Good with deadlines, workload planning and multi-tasking.
- Self-starter, able to work without close supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Must have proven experience in developing and writing ‘sales’/business development proposals/ presentations
- Ability to specify and provide campaign reporting and analysis, interpretation of results to inform strategic and tactical decisions
