A well regarded care provider in the South West is searching for a nursing manager (RGN/RMN) to join their 'Good' CQC rated service near Taunton, Somerset.

39hrs per week

This service requires you as a Clinical Manager to provide attentive and efficient care to elderly residents who have dementia, physical disabilities and residential needs as well as leading and developing the nursing and care staff.

Role Requirements:

* Valid and current NMC PIN and nursing qualification (RGN/RMN)
* To effectively prioritise own workload; assist others in prioritising their workload effectively.
* Gain knowledge of pending clinical packages and plan accordingly.
* Maintain effective communication whilst ensuring service user confidentiality.
* Develop and maintain own knowledge, clinical skills and professional awareness in accordance with the nursing revalidation guidelines and to maintain a professional portfolio with evidence of reflective practice.
* To participate in clinical supervision and to contribute to annual appraisal.
* Assist in the training and development of care staff and/or student nurses or newly qualified Registered Nurses as required.
* To contribute to the completion of audits/monitoring as part of the Company's Quality Assurance scheme or external requirements.
