Hourly Rate: £8.22 + Excellent Benefits

The UK's leading and best-known food-on-the-go retailer is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic full-time Shift Leaders at their Redhill shop, 30 hours flexible per week.

The Role
Supporting management and as part of an outgoing team, you would play a key role in the smooth running of the Redhill shop, ensuring that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at all times. Key responsibilities will include opening and closing, stock counting, cashing up, food preparation, keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the efficient operation of the shop as well as ensuring that it is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times.

The Candidate
o Supervisors or team leaders with key-holder responsibility - ideally with food production or retail experience
o Strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours
o Enthusiastic problem-solvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers
