Development Engineer - Automotive

Development Engineer required for a leading client in the automotive sector. The client that I am working with are well established in the automotive sector and they have some exciting projects working on both Legacy and new engine design. There is a consistent flow of projects and this contract will be extended.

The role requires the relevant Development Engineer to;

• Work on diesel engines
• Carry out the test and development
• Provide technical direction where required
• Work to the relevant standards within the vehicle engineering team
• Use FMA tools, FMEA and 8D problem solving

It is desirable that the relevant Development Engineer;

• Has used a mixture of software's ie Cameo or GT- Power
• Is able to provide technical direction to other teams
• Has APQP, PPAP or PSW knowledge
