The Austin Fraser journey kicked off back in 2007 when our co-founders came together armed with one big vision. Since then we've grown from 2 people in a garage to over 100 members of staff spread across 4 offices throughout the globe and we don't plan on slowing down anytime soon! The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant...

As a full desk recruiter you will be responsible for building your own business empire and becoming a specialist within your niche sector. Your job will involve generating new leads and building strong relationships with the very best talent in your market, understanding their needs and providing a solution. You'll regularly get out of the office; diving into meet ups, conferences and having regular candidate and client meetings. You won't be micro managed by numbers here - we focus on quality rather than quantity and encourage our people to work autonomously, planning their days and weeks how they see best.
