Marketing Manager (PR & Events)

Corporate Marketing
*Organisation and delivery of PR and Social Media programme to KPI's for the client, including day to day management of the agency, key activity planning through quarterly plan and managing through the entire process from initial objective, briefs, reviews and approval process with US Corporate communications team.
*Supporting the Director of Marketing in the organisation, planning and delivery of key corporate event activity, including annual ICE trade show and annual customer event including liaising and working closely with the wider US trade show team
*Organising and delivering key research programmes in conjunction with the product team which includes organisation, managing and briefing relevant agency on new product/content/player behaviour initiatives for the client

Product Marketing
*Work closely with internal VB and Vertex projects team to ensure marketing activity is specified and delivered. Manage projects tracker and ensure marketing requirements are specified in co-ordination with the project team. Includes weekly management of meetings for BAU items.
*Review documentation and provide relevant sign off to Projects Team on platform development inclusions related to customer journeys and promotional functionality.
*Specify BAU change requests and improvements to customer journeys and menu development projects on both Vertex and VB platforms.

Customer Cash Box and Sales Support
*Supporting the commercial team through creating, internal promotional platform tools and informative support communications
*Generate customer training content for commercial team use and customer platform communications on new functionality and industry changes alongside Marketing Coordinator
*Creation and delivery of hardware/product and content sales support packs for the arcade and bingo and sports betting sector, working closely with commercial team
*Supporting commercial team on new customer pitches and new customer rollout plans
