Automotive Parts / Mechanical /Refinish
An Automotive biased Mechanic / Engineer / Bodyshop Technician is needed as a Demonstrator for a leading automotive manufacturer visiting garages, workshops and bodyshops. Covering Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Peterborough area's this is an ideal opportunity for a great communicator with Automotive / Motor Trade experience to embark upon a career within a technical sales environment.
Full Product and Sales Training given.
Ideal location - Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Huntingdon, Wellingborough, Leicester, Market Harborough

Our client supplies to the Automotive, industrial and allied markets, renowned for their high performance brand they continue to remain leaders within automotive aftermarket consumables and motor trade products.
TO ASSIST WITH THEIR CONTINUED GROWTH THEY REQUIRE A TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATOR TO WORK A FIELD SALES REGION.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales by demonstrating the company products to automotive professionals (garages, workshops and refinish / bodyshops). Complete sales and product training will be given however we require a candidate with an enthusiastic attitude, good communication and influencing skills with a strong knowledge of automotive parts or motor trade consumables. The ability to demonstrate product using enthusiasm and market knowledge and identifying customer needs is key.
Qualities we would expect the candidate to hold are:
Good technical knowledge in automotive maintenance
Commercial ability
Dynamic and responsive
Effective communication skills
Good negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
Results orientated with a clear focus.
The Role
Visit existing customers and prospect new customers
Customer loyalty through contact visits
Demonstrate products and anticipate the client's needs.
Propose Products
Transmit knowledge of technical products.
Full training in sales and the product applications will be given.
This role would suit a candidate with the following skills/experience -automotive industry, garage workshop, automotive aftermarket, vehicle parts, tools and equipment.
