Business Development Manager 
Field Based (with nationwide travel)

Now, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing European Valuations Team and play a key role in the company’s ongoing success.

Your Role: 

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll maximise sales of our client’s valuation services. 

Primarily, you’ll focus on marketing our client’s inventory, machinery and equipment valuation services to a range of customers, including banks, leasing companies, professional advisors, corporations and private equity organisations. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Develop strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business 
- Deliver engaging presentations to new and existing customers 
- Take advantage of cross-selling opportunities 
- Support the company’s marketing activities by hosting and attending events 
- Manage ongoing valuation instructions 

About You: 

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you’ll need: 

- Experience gained within a business development role 
- A full, valid driving licence 
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with staff at all levels 
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work to deadlines 
- A flexible and positive attitude 

An RICS or ASA qualification would be beneficial, as would valuation experience gained within the Big 4 or another practice.
