Team Manager Bristol Community Rehabilitation Service

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent post

Salary: £29,889 - £32,658 per annum

Location: Bristol, Wellbridge House

The Community Rehabilitation Service works with people with long-term mental health difficulties and complex needs and offers both accommodation based support and support for people living across Bristol. The multi-disciplinary team provides specialist assessment, support and interventions.

Employed by Our client, who lead the service, the successful candidate will join a dedicated team, providing an innovative service and will work with colleagues from Missing Link and AWP (Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust).

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and forming a key part of the service management team, the Team Manager will be responsible for the day to day leadership and management of the Wellbridge House Accommodation service, ensuring objectives for development and delivery are achieved.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in leading and motivating a staff team, significant experience of providing support to people with mental health difficulties and complex needs, and will be committed the delivery of an innovative and recovery focused service.
