Trainee Telesales Executive

Our client based in Peterborough is seeking a Trainee Telesales Executive to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for making outbound sales cold calls to businesses, generating sales leads for the sales team, following up aged sales leads to generate new enquiries, re-qualifying rejected leads, updating CRM, relationship building with customers. Previous telephone based sales is an advantage however full training will be provided. You will need to have strong communication skills with a confident, persuasive telephone manner, self motivation, determination to succeed, can do attitude and lots of ambition to grow and develop in the role. As well as the basic salary there is a good commission structure, 21 days annual leave and onsite parking. Working hours 37.5 Monday to Friday. This would suit someone looking for their first step in to a sales based role. Salary is national minimum / national living wage plus 5% commission
