 We are recruiting for self-motivated individuals able to demonstrate the ability to take control of your area, in order to deliver high quality goods to our customers. The role involves working in a VERY fast paced environment, either inbound or outbound logstics.

This may suit a Senior Warehouse Operative with 3PL warehouse experience or knowledge of working in a large manufacturers warehouse - you will have experienced world class best practice and standards.

Is this you?

- Maintaining a continuous supply of materials to the production line

- Dispatching, storing, managing, scanning and processing raw materials or finished goods to the customers - working with very high value items

- Recording accurate warehouse figures (SAP) required by management on a daily basis and providing these within a timely manner

- Ensuring that machinery is used appropriately and escalating any issues with equipment to your manager

- You will maintain Good Manufacturing and Warehouse Management Standards - leading from the front, setting the standards every day to help drive culture change

 Key skills & experience - does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience in a leadership, senior warehouse or inbound/despatch warehouse role
• You may be a team leader in a smaller company looking for a new challenge in a larger organisation that can offer more career development opportunities on a global platform
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
• A positive thinking and self-motivated individual
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant Forklift and Counterbalance licence is desirable
