Application Support Analyst - CRM
Newport, South Wales

My client are a market leading organisation within the automotive industry for providing innovative products. They are looking for an application support analyst to work at their Newport offices. As an Application Support Analyst you will support a web-based customer record management tool, desktop client apps and a telephony call recorder.
Application Support Analyst responsibilities:
- Provide day to day, user Application support on telephone, email and onsite enquiries.
- To take responsibility for prioritising and resolving Incident tickets based on business impact and urgency.
- Manage, prioritise and implement planned changes on supported Products.
- Building and configuring hardware ready for installation at a customer sites
- Creating and configuring new accounts for CAS products as well making configuration changes to existing accounts
- Liaise with the IT and wider Business Teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Create/maintain good relationships with business stakeholders and third party suppliers.
Application Support Analyst Skills/Experience:
- A proven track record of supporting CRM software applications - in-house or bespoke applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via the telephone or email
- Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
- Must be able to stay on top of advancing Internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment
Desirable:
- Linux experience
- GCSE English
- Microsoft office suite: Excel and Outlook
- IT based A levels or equivalent level 3-4 GNVQ or above
