Portsmouth / GBP24k - GBP30k basic dependent on experience and proven sales experience
(First Year OTE up to GBP50k)

As a Sales Recruitment Consultant at Baobab, you will:
• Receive ongoing recruitment training to compliment your proven sales skills
• Have full access to an existing database of accounts and have the autonomy to identify and develop your own vertical markets
• Have open remit to utilise your sector knowledge with the full support of Management and an internal resourcer.
• Run with both client and candidate ownership and receive excellent commissions on your placements

Job Description
• As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our services and negotiating the rates of business.
• You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
• Additionally, you will manage the process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
• Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise our commercial performance.

The Successful Applicant
• Candidates with 2-6 years' demonstrable sales or recruitment experience in a commercial environment.
• Those with an appreciation of sales performance and a commitment to target achievement
• Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in person with candidates and clients of every level and who's career to date shows stability and progression
• Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
• Those who demonstrate maturity, commercial awareness and business acumen
