Real Estate Finance Solicitor

I am currently working with an International Law Firm in Birmingham. They are currently seeking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their Real Estate Department.
The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years` PQE with experience in Real Estate.
The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will carry out daily duties such as advising lenders and borrowers in relation to property funding, negotiating, reviewing and settling loan agreements, debentures, mortgages, guarantees, deeds of priority and subordination, Settling deferred consideration or overage charges; Reviewing/drafting reports on title and certificates on title; Drafting board minutes and corporate approvals and marshalling conditions precedent to drawdown to include liaising with property and construction colleagues.
The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will be driven, energetic, enthusiastic and will be able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic. The Candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to further progress their career within the Real Estate Department.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years` PQE
• Will have effective drafting skills
• Will have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Will have experience of working within a team on complex matters
• Will have experience of running a caseload under partner supervision.
