FP&A Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for an experienced FP&A Manager for an exciting and growing travel organisation based in Crawley. Reporting into the FD this is a commercial finance role centred around driving business performance through analysis of results, forecasts, current trading, KPIs, and other reporting. You will improve MI/KPI reporting in order to provide concise, meaningful and insightful reporting to the FD and the Board.On a day to day basis you will be responsible for;*Manage Group Financial Planning and Analysis through close monitoring of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow forecasts and reporting risks and opportunities, challenging divisions and businesses where appropriate and reporting to the FD.*Monitor divisional performance through use of weekly trading KPIs and work with divisions to identify risks and opportunities.*Work with the business to improve central MI & KPI reporting to give improved visibility and insight.*Work with Reporting Manager and divisional teams to improve financial process and reporting across the sector.*Lead the annual three year strategy and budget process.*Work alongside the Group FC on any M&A transactions to ensure the appropriate accounting is prepared.*In the absence of the FD, act as a key contact for business performance queries.To be considered for this opportunity you must have prior experience in a similar FP&A Manager role. Ideally you will have already worked in the travel sector. You should be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and will possess demonstrable successful commercial and strategic skills.
