My Client is a design for retail, print and production agency, supplying lots of international brands across the retail sector predominantly.
They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team!
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and guide them through projects from concept through to completion.
The Account Manager will be energetic and charismatic and will take full ownership of the project by placing the production order to specification, ensuring everything is completed to set deadlines and to the brief.
The Account Manager must have the following skills;
oPrint production experience mainly in POS with 3D builds being a huge positive
oEstimating abilities
oTime management skills
oAccount management experience

The Account Manager's main responsibilities will be;
oTo prioritise workload, ensuring briefs and timelines are met to meet client's needs
oBuild rapport with production team to gather a firm understanding of the print and finishing process so they are able to best advise print solutions to the client
oComplete and process pre-production work orders and work as closely to the companies process policies at all times where possible.
oLiaise with the Creative department to deliver brief
oRegularly liaise with Clients to provide status updates of job
oManaging their time between estimating and managing customers
o Liaise with fitting teams to make sure that all installations are fitted correctly and to brief
o Understanding and identifying other sales opportunities from their clients
