Finance Specialist - Real Estate Fund

Where London, United Kingdom What Working within a small team of highly motivated professionals, you will be responsible for creating and managing all of the banking relationships that the company needs Review investment structures onshore/offshore and determine those that are the most efficient/cost effective/tax efficient and make recommendations Instruct the offshore directors to create the structures Review all legal documentation Ongoing management of the third party advisors Ongoing communication to investors on structure Communicate with investors during the capital raise and manage the process through assisting with investor queries Be responsible for all structuring and fund structure and legal and tax for the vehicles runs and launches. Working alongside the UK MD, you will also assist in the development and launch of new property funds, likely to be aimed at UK and European organisations.
