RIBA / ARB Qualified Architect

Currently looking for an experienced RIBA / ARB qualified Architect to fill an opening with a high-end architectural developer based on the outskirts of Redhill. Interested candidates should ideally have 3 years of PQE and excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Responsibilities of the Architect
* Oversee the design and production of construction documents, plans and specifications.
* Lead the development of graphics design packages and presentations.
* Continually evaluate workload and projects, schedule, and collaborate with team members and consultants to insure appropriate staffing is supplied at the right level of expertise to successfully complete each task assignment.
* Manage project budgets.
* Develop detailed project schedules and communicate/assign/track key deliverable dates to team.
Requirements of the Architect
* Fully Qualified Architect
* Ideally 3 years PQE
* Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD
* Understanding of the design process
* Previous experience working on various forms of residential projects
* Strong and up to date working knowledge of CAD systems
* Broad knowledge and understanding of building systems, regulations and construction types and town planning procedures.
* Good working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
