You would be responsible for providing an excellent standard of organisational, secretarial and administrative support to the Tax Department.The ideal candidate will be supremely well organised with experience of providing high quality administrative support within a large national firm. Quick and accurate typing skills are desirable as well as an in depth knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload appropriately, plus an excellent eye for detail and a methodical and professional approach. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.Key responsibilities will includeo diary management, making appointments for staff and ensuring Managers diaries are kept up to dateo assisting in fee preparation and processing as required, ensuring the CRM is consistently up to dateo fielding telephone enquiries and liaising with clientso dealing with all incoming post, scanning and filing documents, drafting and amending letters, reports and proposals etcWith almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over GBP300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal midmarket accountancy firms at a particularly interesting time.
