Driving /Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager - Established Recruiter Large Independent training company/ recruiter.
Up to 35K basic plus car. Fantastic commission scheme, large company benefits inc company car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare, share options in the company.
This blue chip client, with an enviable reputation as being a fantastic company to work for offer one of the best overall industry packages out there. They now require a Branch Manager to start up a branch for them anywhere in Scotland and to grow and develop the branch and a team of consultants within the Industrial and Driving sectors.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most established Training and Recruitment providers within the industry and they offer both the rewards and career opportunities one would expect from a quality player. The ideal candidate for this role would be an existing Branch Manager who has the experience and confidence to start a branch and grow a team around them.
Ideally you will have worked as a Branch Manager within the Driving and Industrial sectors of Recruitment, and will have strong man management skills to develop and lead a team of consultants as well as being a billing Manager yourself.
You will need to be an excellent business developer, have the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships, be a self starter, ambitious and want to be the architect of your own career.
