Fantastic job opportunity for a talented Head Chef to work at a fantastic property in the heart of Cheshire

Our client is looking for a talented and experience Head Chef to join their team producing food to a standard of 2AA rosette as well as having great banqueting knowledge,and with good all round menu knowledge due to the diversity of the Hotel and its clientele

The Head Chef must have a great background and be upto date with all budget awareness, Health and safety and training of the team.

As the Head Chef you would work closely with the Exe Head Chef planning the daily running of the restaurant and helping to run this busy operation with additional support from your brigade

This Head Chef position would suit a proven Head Chef with a stable background of at least 3 years or a sous chef looking to move up the ladder and must have a real passion for food and strong leadership skills

You must have a good understanding of all health and saftey knowledge, good menu design and planning ,strong budget awareness and everything else that involves running a top end high volume Hotel Kitchen
