The role is centred on account growth, with successful candidates being responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell the company product portfolio.

For this account management role, we are looking for candidates with:
*At least 1 years' experience of account management in a B2B environment
*A clear record of up-selling and cross-selling within accounts
*Demonstrable track record of achievement
You will need to be a confident relationship builder who prides themselves on building rapport with clients. Using your strong people skills, you will be expected to:
*Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
*Maintain a robust sales pipeline, aligned to sales targets
*Use client mapping of products and services to identify sales opportunities
*Increase audience engagement / beneficiary take-up across all solutions
