Maintenance person
Your role will be to support the home by maintaining the building,
equipment and fixtures to ensure all is in good working order. To
assist in porter duties in and out of the home. To ensure the home is
clean and tidy. Undertake routine checks as specified in the
maintenance schedule e.g. emergency lighting, fire alarm systems,
water temperatures. You will be required to regularly inspect all
areas of the home and complete repairs as required. You may be
required to carry out some minor joinery work, painting and
decorating, and other tasks as required to maintain the home.
Hours of work are on average 5 hours a day enhanced disclosure is
required and will be charged to the successful applicant. Hours per
week are 10 hours and may include alternate weekends
