Have you recently graduated from University with Qualified Teacher Status in Swindon Education?
Do you live in Swindon or the surrounding areas?

Are you looking to earn money from now until the end of Summer? Wanting to keep your options open about September Roles?

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for reliable qualified secondary teachers with the passion to use their professional knowledge and teacher training in secondary education gained over the past few years in the Swindon area. This position will give an enthusiastic newly qualified teacher (NQT) the chance to get straight into teaching, although on a supply basis covering teacher day-to-day and pre-booked absences giving you a chance to build your knowledge and experience of a variety of different schools.

The added benefit of working on supply also means you can be completely flexible about what days you do and do not work by letting us know of your availability so we can only designate you to work on the days you are free; makes sense, right? You also have the option to turn away any booking but the freedom and opportunity to work five days a week with our Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS) that promises work and income and the bonus of no planning or marking!

''It really is, a great system!''

If teaching secondary education is something that you are interested in pursuing on a permanent basis, getting to know the schools that we work with can be just the foot in the door that you need. Over 75% of positions that have gone long terms through monarch education were due to the teacher covering on a day to day basis first. This gives the school time to get to know you and gives you time to decide what schools you would like to invest your time in going permanent with.

Supply Teaching is what you make it! Monarch Education wants teachers who can make a difference, maintaining our strong relationships with our schools, making a good impression to the pupils, following through with the high standard of behaviour management that is implemented on many of the schools we work with here in Swindon and most important leading lessons with a confident understanding of the KS3 curriculum working to introduce a higher framework of education, or/and take a thoughtful approach to the deliverance of KS4 supporting classes while they prep for their GCSE's and final coursework modules.

Monarch Education has over 9 years of educational experience, working closely with our Secondary schools in Swindon , building excellent rapports with our schools as we always put our staff first. *The Bristol office is now developing our SEN sector, so if this is something that interests you in secondary education we encourage you to get in touch to discuss new and upcoming roles! *

If you are interested in hearing more about the opportunities that we have both NOW and for the next academic year, please call Summer Edwards on (Apply online only) or email an up to date CV
