Management Accountant

Based in Newcastle working for an International business this is an opportunity that would suit either a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Accountant ( or equivalent) from either Industry or the accountancy profession who is keen to work in a commercial environment as a Management Accountant. With exposure to small and large subsidiaries both UK and Internationally you will find the role really interesting with it's offer of variety and technically challenging aspects. Your role will see you processing accounting records, completion of VAT records, preparing bank reconciliations, cashflow forecasts, management and statutory accounts. As a qualified accountant in the finance team you would be involved in the development of Part-qualified and AAT accounts assistants, ensuring their knowledge is where it needs to be to support you in your role and make sure compliance is adhered to.
