Based in Chippenham, this excellent fleet management company is seeking an administrator to join their fast paced and forward thinking company.
Key Duties
- Assisting the logistical planner in daily tasks
- Booking in vehicle inspections as and when required
- Liaising with operations director on the phone and via email
- Ensure that all regular and ad hoc tasks are completed promptly with a high level of accuracy and that work is prioritised correctly
- Accurately follow admin processes
- Answer and direct telephone calls
Knowledge
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Good geographical knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate with people at all levels
- Able to work accurately and prioritise your workload
- Excellent attentions to detail
- Analytically minded
