Barchester Care Home Jobs - Receptionist
As a Receptionist with Barchester, you will the first point of
contact for all guests and visitors so excellent telephone and
communication skills are essential.
You will be a need to be naturally at ease with people and be
professional, courteous and friendly at all times. Your role will
include a variety of responsibilities from answering the phone,
managing the reception area, to meeting and greeting visitors,
engaging with residents, and showing off the home to prospective
clients and their families. Some basic administrative tasks such as
typing, photo-copying and filing may be required.
We don't ask for any formal qualifications but good
communication and organisational skills are essential, as is a caring
nature and a genuine interest in the people we support.
