We are looking for skilled and outgoing Recruitment Coordinators/Consultants/Advisors to come and work in house for our company, recruiting apprentices for our clients.

So, how does it work??
Our clients place their apprenticeship vacancies with our Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and we go about sourcing candidates from our attraction streams in order to fill those vacancies.
You will work alongside our Account Managers and Tutors interacting with existing and new clients to seek out new opportunities for apprenticeships.
You'll be a driven self-starter with experience of hitting and exceeding your targets in a recruitment role. Experienced at engaging at senior level, you'll have excellent networking skills and a truly consultative style.
