The Place
We have a 5 Red Star rating, Award winning Elizabethan Manor House set in acres of stunning grounds in the Hampshire countryside
SCOPE FOR KITCHEN CHEFS
Work as part of the team maintaining the chefs high standards
Assist in the kitchens day to day operations including MEP and cleanliness
Manage your time effectively meeting strict time constraints that the kitchen and service is under
Have the ability and drive to push culinary boundaries and deliver consistent produce to the diners
Assist the chef to maintain the high working practice and maintain the Michelin star.
MAIN DUTIES
5 days per week, flexible shifts including weekends
Part of team of 12 chefs and 3 kitchen porters
A chance for someone with flair and passion to shine in this standards driven kitchen
REQUIREMENTS
Previous quality experience
Must have worked as a designated Pastry Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a similar property
Ability to work within a small team and deliver across the range of menus
Experience with a focus on fresh produce
