There are a small number of opportunities for people skilled and
experienced in working in Learning Disability, Mental Health or Autism
specialist services to join our 'Services Support Team' (SST) which
supports our services. These are fantastic opportunities for people
interested in making a difference.
The Role
To provide support to teams supporting individuals who may be in
crisis and exhibiting extreme levels of challenging or disruptive behaviours.
To provide support and mentoring to staff teams experiencing
placement difficulties.
To provide input into behavioural assessments and communication
strategy assessments and help to formulate support plans in order to
try and identify triggers and put in place proactive support strategies.
You will have a real opportunity to get great training, great
