Your role

Our Direct Sales Agents effectively run their own businesses – and their own lives – with our backing. They’re the public face of the RAC: selling our breakdown cover at supermarkets and other prime venues, and communicating the benefits of our comprehensive service to people from all walks of life.

Your qualities

Business-minded, driven, determined and capable of engaging with anyone, you’re ready to take control of your own future. You know you have the tenacity and drive to benefit from our uncapped commission and believe you can join our top earners, who take home up to £80,000. You’re capable of getting the most from our comprehensive induction, ongoing support and unrivalled product range – and you’re poised to hit the ground running. Finally, it’s essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own car, and that you can supply excellent references.

Your support

Aside from generous and uncapped commission, you can expect all the tools you need to succeed: a marketing kit, sales stand, uniform, iPad, sales literature and public liability insurance. In short, we’ll give you everything you need to make a good impression – and make the maximum amount of sales.
