You will work with industry leading experts in providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations to a wide range of clients across more than 40 industries and all business functions.
Due to high demand from their clients in an evolving industry landscape, the Finance and Risk practice is looking to strengthen its capability by bringing on board talented individuals eager to progress their technical knowledge and understanding in Cyber and Security Risk.

About the Resilience Team
The Resilience team focuses on improving our clients' ability to identify, prevent, detect and respond to process, technology, or security failures and recover minimising customer harm, reputational damage and financial loss in an integrated manner through:
* Financial Crime Risk Management
* Cyber & Security Risk Management
* Operational Risk Management
* Surveillance
About You
The successful incumbent will have an excellent knowledge of how banks and Insurers operate their Risk Management, Fraud and Financial Crime and Finance functions and the current challenges they face. You will need to be credible in working on client change projects and have leadership and stakeholder engagement skills that can be used immediately on client facing work.
The global threats associated with cybercrime, social engineering and online fraud are amongst some of the biggest challenges faced by CEOs, CIOs and major political leaders around the globe. We are looking for people with experience of working with banking clients to help them identify, manage and mitigate cyber and/or security risks.
We need people with experience of driving change to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Banks cyber and security risk management solutions. This would include project management of implementation of relevant technologies, controls and governance.
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
* Financial services industry experience (which could have been obtained in industry or via consulting roles)
* Cyber and/or security risk management skills
* Knowledge of key cyber and security risk technologies and emerging technology trends
* Regulatory or risk change experience
* Systems design and delivery skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions and analytics to a non-technical audience;
* Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of working with C-level stakeholders
All candidates must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as client projects may be based across the UK or Ireland.
