This role ensures proper flow of office procedures using our client's company’s CRM, offering excellent customer service & carrying out common office duties.

Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to their customers, visitors, customers in person, online, & via telephone.

• Offer great customer service by handling queries, complaints from customers by email & telephone.
• Liaises with the 3rd installation company to manage the installation calendar & customer expectation.
• Manages correspondence by answering emails & sorting mail.
• Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times
• Use local authority planning lists to look for business opportunities
• Manages reception area & looks after visitors.
• Answers phone calls & transfers them as necessary.
• Drafts, formats, & prints relevant documents.
• Maintains & orders office supplies as needed.
• Manages the Managing Director’s meetings & diary.
• Files appropriate documents as needed.
• Helps organise & attends meetings, trade shows, training & conferences when requested.
• Take care of website functions & social media profiles.

• Be able to work in the Runfold, (Farnham) office on a daily basis.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per Annum
Location: Farnham
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 2 x coffee breaks @15 min + 1 hour for lunch
