An established contractor is looking for a vastly experienced Residential Site Manager to manage a new build complex in Colchester. The successful candidate will be innovative, dynamic, demonstrate excellent knowledge of the construction industry and a proven track record of success.
In addition to this you must also hold:
· SMSTS Card
· First Aid Ticket
· At least 10 years experience within residential Site Management
