Are you an experienced After Sales Associate looking for a new challenge? My client, a prestigious Fine jewellery and watches Maison, is looking for an experienced Client Services Associate to join one of their key locations in the heart of Mayfair! The ideal candidate will be a true brand ambassador with an extreme attention to detail and passion for first class customer service!
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and deliver first class customer service
- Advise and respond to clients requests while continuously ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor client orders
- Monitor and manage the stock
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of client service experience within a Luxury brand (preferably Fine Watches/Jewellery)
- Experience and interest in watchmaking and jewellery highly appreciated
- Fluent English, second language appreciated
- Positive attitude
The package:
- Up to 25k basic + pool commission of 0.25% (OTE around £32-35k per year)
