Operations Supervisor

Successful and expanding Wirral based company with family values at its core, looking for a driven and experienced supervisor, to be part of a busy operational team.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of an experienced team of operatives, as well as our approved sub-contractors, and will have the following attributes:

• Excellent commercial awareness
• Proven man management skills
• The ability to work under pressure to ensure service standards and schedules are met at all times.

Preferably you will have a proven track record in supervising teams within at least one of our core activities, namely:

• DRAINAGE
• COMMERCIAL WINDOW CLEANING- Pole Fed  and/or Abseiling
• HIGH LEVEL ACCESS AND RELATED WORKS
• KITCHEN FAN AND EXTRACTION SYSTEM CLEANING
• INDUSTRIAL CLEANING

You must be dedicated to delivering the highest levels of customer service, and be an integral part in generating future growth and development within the company. You will be flexible within the broad remit of the post and have proven experience of calmly handling and resolving challenging situations. You must have a good level of IT literacy – including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Duties include:

• Health and Safety compliance at all times
• Site Surveys and quotations.
• Processing timesheets and wages
• Quality Control
• Costing and control of materials and equipment
• Liaising with management and clients on all aspects of service delivery including responding to requests and complaints with accurate information in a timely manner. Organizing Reactive and planned service activities.
• All day to day operational issues and duties
