Salary: Up to £25,313 per annum (starting salary subject to qualifications and experience)

Hours: 36:25 per week

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for three Property Compliance Coordinator on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Nottingham.

Working within the Property Compliance Team, you will be responsible ensuring the organisation meets their legal and regulatory requirements around key property risks including; asbestos, legionella, fire, lifts and radon.

You will be working with customers, contractors and other teams to coordinate and deliver an excellent service.

For this post, you don’t necessarily need housing or health and safety experience but they are looking for somebody who is organised and methodical with a meticulous eye for detail who can adapt and work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

  • Is organised and efficient and can work well on Excel and other computer systems
  • Is able to manage and monitor contracts – including producing key performance indicators
  • Has an outstanding ability to work well with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Has a positive approach and can do attitude
  • Can demonstrate the ability to deliver results
  • Is self-motivated and enthusiastic about providing an excellent service
