Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative and support to the Accounting and Tax teams, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and in a consistently accurate and timely manner.Key tasks and responsibilities as follows:o Supporting the Accounting and Tax functions with various administrative taskso Updating the relevant databases to help with billing o Drafting letters, memos, reports, proposals etco Processing filing for current clients ensuring each client file is kept up to date and stored effectivelyo Photocopying, scanning, binding and filing documents as required o Opening, logging and distributing post as well as franking outgoing post, screening phone callsThe ideal candidate for the role will be an adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic individual looking for an opportunity to join a fastpaced corporate environment in a parttime capacity.
