Legal receptionist required for our Bedminster branch. A good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Office a requirement. Good telephone and people skills are vital and a sensitivity for dealing with vulnerable clients. Previous experience an advantage. Duties will include taking care of front of house, answering the telephone, dealing with postal duties (including franking, arranging special and recorded delivery items at the Post Office), collection of DX from local collection point, and banking duties. Opening and closing/archiving files, filing and photocopying. Hours are 35 per week and salary will be dependent on experience. Would consider part-time applicants.
