Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced and talented number 1 Site Manger to join our fast-paced Operations Team in Exeter. On a fixed term contract for 8 months starting mid June. The successful candidate will be required to take ownership of their role to ensure that all processes meet management and business requirements.

The role:

• Management and organising sub-contactors and all trades.
• Managing all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Manage quality of all installations, snagging and close out.
• Daily Management of logistics, deliveries and all aspects of on site housekeeping.
• Management of site diary and all site admin duties including keeping accurate daily records.
• Deliver an efficient service ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
• Able to communicate with the client and be able to innovate and problem solve to suit the project’s requirements.

The skills and qualifications required:

• Experienced site manager with residential fit out experience with proven track record of managing projects ideally office to residential.
• Confident in face to face communication with the client.
• Able to use Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook.
• Valid relevant CSCS card.
• SMSTS.
• Valid first aid.
• Ideal but not essential would be a Valid Fire Marshal qualification.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated practical manager with a hands-on approach to working with the team to ensure the project runs smoothly.
