They are looking for professional Lettings/Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:

- Good knowledge of the Leeds area
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer focused
- Well polished and presentable
- Clean driving licence
- Excellent IT skills
- Carry out viewings
- Follow up on viewings
- Produce report once a week to send updates to landlords of their available properties
- Maintain rental database - with regular call outs
- Assist in referencing and collecting paperwork
- Regularly text applicants with new properties availability
- Prospect for new properties
- Previous experience is required

The candidate should not travel more than 30 minutes from their home to the office
