Children's Support Worker
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a number of positions to support children with Autism between the ages of eight & eighteen. This role is for night positions, full time and bank staff, the shift pattern is 9.30pm - 9.30am four nights on, four off, on a rolling rota.
About You:
- Ideally you will have 6 months experience or greater working with children or young adults with challenging behaviour.
- We will however consider candidates from other care backgrounds or with relevant qualifications such as NVQ 2 or 3 ideally in childcare.
- You must be a driver with access to a vehicle. The client's location has not public transport network.
- You are reliable, committed, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
The Roles:
- Night positions
- The bank positions have consistent hours weekly, the bank is in place for anyone who cannot commit fully to the rota timetable but have the skills. More information regarding this on application.
