Recent experience in Managerial role with the Elderly essential

A great opportunity has opened up for a Registered Manager who is passionate about Residential Care for the Elderly. We are a small company with family values, we are looking for someone with at least an NVQ 4/QCF 5 - Care Management or equivalent, ideally you will have been a Registered Manager of a Residential care service for the Elderly.
The home has a good overall rating from CQC, we are looking for a dynamic, strong candidate with excellent managerial experience who is looking for an exciting new challenge. The Care home is Medium size home with capacity of 23 Beds.

Must have:

• QCF5 - Care, RMA or NVQ 4 - Care
• Experience managing a Care home
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgets and maximising incomes
• Someone who is understanding and passionate about older people person - centred care

• Empowerment - Manage, Empower and Develop Support Worker teams to ensure a sustainable, quality person-centred care / service is provided
• Development – responsible for team development incl. recruitment, training and development
• Management – responsible for quality, compliance and financial requirements of the service, developing and maintaining innovative and engaging activities and plans and successfully working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. CQC), to achieve objectives using best practice guidelines.
