Field Service Engineer

Summary
This role provides dedicated specialist support to our Clubs, they deal with all issues that have been escalated by the patch engineers or Clubs and supporting key stakeholders in delivery of projects that are implemented into our Clubs.
Responsibilities
You will have extensive working knowledge of either gaming or a similar environment and understand the challenges that we face with a large estate of Bingo halls.
The experience you will need at this level includes understanding and repairing:
- AWP equipment, which includes analogue/digital AWP machines
- SBG terminals
- TITO ATMs
- Ancillary arcade equipment i.e. Change Machines
This role doesn't just stop at the technical requirements, you have to be able to assist in creating Health & Safety assessments, have experience of dealing with projects and be able to act as a project team leader.
Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
This is a technical role and therefore there are essential skills, knowledge and experience that is required to be considered for this role:
- Previous PAT experience
- Repair and maintenance of AWP machines, SBG terminals, ATM's and other ancillary arcade products
- Previous experience and understanding of machines installations
- Excellent communication and engagement with our managers in our Clubs
- Ability to work on your own and not have daily supervision
