The Role:

You will be responsible for owning, organising and defining the onsite activity schedule. You will work with appropriate internal and external partners to deliver the plan to include personalisation, navigation & search - optimisation of the online shopping journey. This role is part of a team who are responsible for delivering the annual sales targets for the online and offline channels within the Consumer business.

Main responsibilities in this role include:

- Develop the onsite trading plan to drive and increase the value and sales frequency of their customers through optimisation of customer journeys, testing & competitor analysis.
- Produce related onsite collateral to support product launches to maximise sales online. Working closely with the Strategic Marketing team to deliver campaign activity deliver on time and on message.
- Own and manage the scheduling, updating, publishing of commercial sections of this companies' website in line with product launches, campaigns and digital marketing activity. Working within the CMS to update the commercial sections of the website.
- Work with analytics to review online trading results ensure that KPI targets are met or exceeded at all times. Provide accurate and timely management information as required.
- Work with analytical team members (internal and agency) to identify distinct segments within the customer profile and deliver a personalised shopping experience to those segments.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required to apply:

- Significant Digital experience is essential
- Proficient use of Google Analytics
- Sound understanding of UX principles and best practice
- Comfortable working with user groups/audience data/related online tools
- Experience working within a CMS in a commercial environment
- Experience of working with and managing external agencies
- Experience of working with personalisation tools or page testing software
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications e.g. relevant degree or recognised marketing qualification
