As a Sales Administrator, you’ll process quotations, orders and shipments for spare parts and provide a high-quality service to customers. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Provide an end-to-end fulfilment service, from quotation and freight booking through to invoicing 
- Receive orders via telephone, email and fax 
- Develop strong working relationships with customers 
- Co-ordinate the inspection of goods and complete relevant documentation 
- Provide cover for other Sales Administrators 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience in an administration role, dealing with customer orders 
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel 

Motivated and driven, as a Sales Administrator, you’ll have solid communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong customer focus and excellent problem solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail is also key. 

Experience in an export environment would be beneficial to your application. A working knowledge of export payment mechanisms including letters of credit would also be advantageous. Experience with administrative procedures, export and shipping procedures including incoterms would be equally favourable.
