Starting at scale SO1 Point 31 £27,668 & rising to SO2 Point 32 £28,485 after successful probationary period of 6 months | 37 hours per week |
JOB REFERENCE: 02 BLF
This post is funded for three years by the Big Lottery Fund. The Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for the ongoing development of the current family support service as well as deputing for the CAFS Manager (with opportunity for promotion to CAFS Manager subject to satisfactory 6-month probation period).
Experience of developing projects and of supporting children and families is essential as are professional qualifications in relevant areas, such as, Adult Training, Family Support, Child Development and Early Years etc.
You will understand the needs of volunteers, have an ability to deliver training to volunteers and liaise with a range of other professionals and services. Therefore, experience of staff management/supervision and an understanding of the funding environment and experience of developing funding applications are essential also.
Candidates must have use of their own car for which expenses are paid. Hours of work may include lunchtimes, evenings and weekends.The successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check at Enhanced Level.
