FT3026 - Electrical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor

FINTEC recruit is seeking an Electrical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor (M&E background) for our building services client based in Kent. On site you will be undertaking planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and other Estates Services as required. You will be overseeing a team of engineers in preparing quotes, coordinating work and mentoring engineers. This is an opportunity for someone that might be looking for a stepping stone into management in the future. The salarly will be between £28-33k depending on experience, plus company vehicle.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor

• To manage subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective execution of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Undertake team talks and involved in staffing and mentoring.
• Ensure planned tasks are undertaken in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• Manage minor improvement works.
• Maintain stock control systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas.

Skills and Experience required:-

• As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ideally come from an M&E background and have a proven track record in a similar role. You must be able to demonstrate strong team leadership skills, client relationship management and excellent organisational skills. Full details available on request
