Are you looking for an exciting role to provide employee benefits and wealth management advice to the staff of a respected national advice network?
The Company
One of the largest financial advice networks in the UK is looking to recruit an in-house Financial Advisor to providing employee benefits and wealth management advice to circa 400 employed staff. This is a fantastic untapped opportunity to reach a large audience; plus, will give the staff a much great understanding of the financial planning service and products offered from their own network.
Clients and business opportunities
You will be running seminars, employee surgeries, webinar events and regular campaigns communicated to their 400 employees (office junior through to Board level) to keep pensions and all aspects of financial and mortgage planning at the forefront of their minds. In addition, opportunity to provide advice to their partners & immediate family members as well. Every new employee will receive a personal consultation as part of their induction. You will have access to a market-leading multi-tie proposition offering choice to the products and services offered, including a range of multi-asset and multi-manager funds. A network of their size and scale, with their unique strengths, attracts the best providers and a number of exclusive offers.
Support
Modern client IT portal technology is utilised to assist staff / clients in reviewing their portfolios online and to discover additional opportunities. You will be strengthened by receiving full paraplanning and administration support to enable you to spend more time advising.
Requirements to be considered
You should be a self-motivated and experienced Financial Advisor holding Level 4 Diploma and CeMAP or equivalent, with current proven sales and service track record in financial planning and mortgage sales. Ideally, but not essentially you should have some experience of an employee benefits environment.
Benefits
Salary GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 pa plus bonuses and employee benefits
Benefits include: 4 x DIS, Flexible Benefits scheme (including but not limited to Private Health Care, Dental, Cycle to Work, Technology benefit, buy/sell holiday, Salary Sacrifice pension) Company Pension (up to 10% employer contribution), Expenses reimbursement - e.g. rail fares and mileage when meeting staff at other offices such as London or staff and their partners in their own homes, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
OTE of GBP65,000+
As you will be working from their prestigious head office, the majority of staff will be based in the same location allowing meetings to be organised easily.
For other staff, you will be able to travel to meet them or organise a meeting for when they next visit head office.
