As our business gets busier, the need to recruit talented people gets greater. Our Northampton office currently has a requirement for an Indirect SOP Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Providing a customer service function you will receive, process and validate sales orders accurately to ensure the correct equipment is delivered on schedule. If necessary you will need to amend sales order to meet customer/internal requests and review, release or cancel sales orders on hold.

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and someone who can solve problems internally concerning contract issues or pass issues through to the right person according to internal procedures. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have brilliant PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. You will need great organisational skills and the ability to communicate information with all levels of the organisation.

This role is subject to sensitive and restricted information. If successful you may be required to undertake pre-employment vetting checks which include but are not limited to residency check, credit reference check, financial sanctions check and a DBS Check.
